Once you purchase a cloud lab, you get the server details via email within 24 hours. The email will contain server IP address, username and SSH Key to connect your cloud lab.
You can connect using PuTTY on Windows or the Mac terminal for Linux servers. For details refer to "Connect Linux Instance with SSH Keys"
If you ever mess with your lab and needs a quick rebuild, simply drop an email to support@dbagenesis.com and our team will rebuild / reboot your server by keeping the IP address same.
No, all the labs are blank Linux 7.9 servers. You will need to configure and install the required software yourself as per the course / software you want to practice.
Yes, your progress is auto saved while your subscription is active. If the subscription is canceled and the server is deleted, the progress will be lost.
